Site Owners grant you the right to access and use the Site subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use"). PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE.

1. LICENSE GRANT. Subject to these Terms of Use, Site Owners grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the materials contained on the Site (the "Content") only for your personal, non-commersal use, and to make such copies only as may be incidentally created during your exercise of the foregoing license. The Site and the Content are copyrighted works of the Site Owners and/or its partners under United States and international copyright laws. Neither the Site nor the Content may be reproduced, publicly displayed, publicly performed, modified or adapted, distributed or transmitted in any form by any means (including but not limited to electronic duplication or transmission) without the prior written permission of the Site Owners except as set forth in these Terms of Use.

2. TRADEMARKS. Certain names, logos, and other materials displayed in the Content or on the Site constitute trademarks, trade names, service marks, or logos of the Site Owners or other entities. You are not authorized to use any such Marks. Ownership of all such Marks and the goodwill associated therewith remains with the Site Owners or those other entities.

3. FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS. From time to time, the Site may contain forward-looking statements. These statements relate to future events or expected market performance. Site Owners have attempted to identify forward-looking statements by using words like "anticipate," believe," "could," "estimate," "expect," "intend," "may," "plan," "potential," and "predict," or the negative of these words. These statements are only predictions and involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties.

4. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE. Site Owners may at any time revise these Terms of Use by posting the revised version on this Site. All amended terms shall automatically become effective once they are posted on the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and therefore you should periodically visit this page to examine the then current Terms of Use.

5. CHANGES TO THE SITE. Site Owners reserve the right at any time and periodically to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that the Site Owners will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

6. SUBMISSIONS AND FEEDBACK. Site Owners will treat any feedback, suggestions, data, comments, or concepts (collectively, "Submissions") that you provide as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Thus, in the absence of a written agreement with the Site Owners to the contrary, you agree that you will not submit confidential or proprietary information via the Site.

7. ACCESS AND INTERFERENCE. You agree that you will not use any device, software, or programming routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You are not authorized to access or query our database through the use of high-volume, automated, electronic processes. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site's infrastructure.

8. LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES. Site Owners cannot control and are not responsible for the content of any other Web site linked to or from the Site. If you link to another site outside this Site, you leave this Site, and do so entirely at your own risk. Site Owners may provide links from the Site to other sites, but this is done solely as a convenience to you and in no way should be interpreted as an endorsement of any content, sponsor, or owner of any other site. SITE OWNERS MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH LINKED SITE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF THE ACCURACY, OWNERSHIP, VALIDITY, OR LEGALITY OR ANY CONTENT OF A LINKED SITE.

9. NO WARRANTY. SITE OWNERS PROVIDE THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. SITE OWNERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SITE OWNERS DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE. SITE OWNERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT USE OF THIS SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SITE OWNERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING BY NEGLIGENCE). SITE OWNERS' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE TERMS OF USE IS LIMITED TO $50.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

11. GENERAL. The Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of a different state. Any disputes under these Terms of Use may be brought in the state courts and the Federal courts located in Hawaii, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts. If any provision of the Terms of Use shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
